The steam room after a long day of sight seeing was awesome Breakfast was amazing with freshly baked pastries each morning

The breakfast was a nice assortment of meats, pastries, jams, jellys, coffee/teas, eggs, etc. The concierge ensured that he and the staff were available for our every need. He offered suggestions for restaurants and arranged transportation. The location was nice, away from the busy street but close enough to get transport. Close by shops and restaurants. The Turkish bath was the most relaxing start and end of the day from sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was beautiful and large. right next to a canal and had a little balcony. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The man at the sister hotel was very helpful. Close to a bakery and restaurants.

I loved the room! The king suite is amazing. The view of the canal is gorgeous. The suite is beyond spacious and very well designed. The bed is large and extremely comfortable. The large shower/Turkish bath was awesome, and the in-room sauna was the best part! Breakfast delivered to the room was very delicious. Lastly, Marco was very attentive and helpful with whatever we needed and requested. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing spa vacation in Venice! Definitely splurge on the king suite. It is worth it!

The room was a great size, just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet, but still close enough to get to the main attractions quickly. Marco and Amin were amazing and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic with eggs, meats, fruits, cappuccino, juice, and pastries. The shower was great and the steam feature was a nice bonus. There was surprisingly a lot of storage space and lots of seating as well.
